Terms and Conditions

Our company provides professional cleaning services for residential homes and commercial offices. Services include but are not limited to: regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, sanitization, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks. All services are performed by trained and insured cleaning professionals using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products where possible.

• Provide accurate information regarding cleaning requirements and property access
• Ensure safe working conditions for our cleaning staff
• Secure or remove valuable items before cleaning services commence
• Provide adequate notice for service cancellations or modifications
• Pay all fees according to agreed payment terms
• Respect our staff and maintain professional communication
• Report any damages or concerns within 24 hours of service completion

Our cleaning services do not include: handling of hazardous materials, cleaning of items requiring specialized equipment, exterior window cleaning above ground level, cleaning of antiques or extremely delicate items, pet waste removal, or cleaning areas deemed unsafe by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose health or safety risks to our employees.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and proprietary cleaning methods used by our company remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary cleaning techniques, marketing materials, or business processes without explicit written consent. Any feedback or suggestions provided by clients regarding our services may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, our liability is limited to the actual cost of cleaning services provided. We are not responsible for: pre-existing damage not reported prior to service, damage resulting from normal wear and tear, items left unsecured by the client, or consequential damages arising from service delays or cancellations. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made. Late payments may incur additional fees. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges. Recurring service agreements may be terminated with 7 days written notice. Refunds are provided only in cases of documented service failures that cannot be remedied through re-cleaning.

We respect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information observed during cleaning services. Our staff are bound by confidentiality agreements and will not disclose personal information or property details to third parties. We may collect basic contact and service information for business purposes, which will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local arbitration rules. The prevailing party in any legal proceeding shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs. These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to clients. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We may terminate service agreements for breach of terms, non-payment, or other reasonable business reasons. Clients may terminate agreements according to the cancellation policy outlined above.
